Bringing the results to your appointment will assist you in describing your problem to us. The questionnaires are from reliable sources and are easy to take online, anonymously.

Migraine and other headaches are common, affecting up to 20% of adults and 10% of children.
Headaches are disabling, resulting in time off work and away from family.
The emergency room is not the best setting for headache management. It's too expensive and not equipped to take the time to treat headache patients.
Narcotic analgesics are over prescribed for acute and chronic headaches and often complicate treatment.
Contrary to what you hear, something can be done.
